Debbie Boatsman CMA, CCRC
Research Coordinator
Debbie Boatsman has been working with Dr. David Scott as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator since June of 2007. She has over five years experience in clinical research and is certified through ACRP (Association of Clinical Research Professionals). She is currently working with Dr. Scott on studies involving evaluations of new medications to treat deep vein thrombosis prevention after total knee replacement surgery, ceramic on metal total hip replacement system and various bone density studies to evaluate and preserve bone loss after surgery. Previous study experience includes type 2 diabetes, human papilloma virus immunization, gastric and intestinal disorders, prostate cancer, hypertension, insomnia, post operative nausea and vomiting, overactive bladder, osteoarthritis and multiple mental health indications.
In addition to her research experience Debbie worked for 12 years in a clinical setting. She is a life long resident of Spokane.
